How can I pay on your website?

Our website accepts all major cards using the technology of Stripe. Athough it is dependent on location, in general Stripe accepts major cards including:

  • VISA
  • VISA Debit
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • American Express

If you are located in Bulgaria, you can also benefit from our cash-on-delivery service. Currently, we are working with two delivery operators who offer this service on the territory of Bulgaria - Speedy and Econt. Please note that cash-on-delivery service may require additional fees at clients' end. Please note that the cash-on-delivery charges:

  • are different and additional to the delivery fees, which are free or charge for orders above EUR 100
  • may vary depending on the amount of your order
  • are always payable by the client

How can I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code, simply add it in the field "Enter your discount code" in your "Shopping cart" window. Finally, confirm by pressing APPLY.

Can I pay in instalments?

Payments in instalments are currently not possible on our website. 

What are your delivery methods?

When placing an order on our website, we offer Home delivery to Europe with the following couriers: 

  • DHL: worldwide
  • Post One: worldwide (acting as intermediary to deliver the products via the local leaders in the delivery industry per country)
  • Speedy/Econt: to Bulgaria

If you are not available during the delivery of your parcel, the package will be delivered to the closest courier pick-up point to your address.

Shame.Studio covers one way delivery charges for orders above EUR 100. Nevertheless, clients using the service cash-on-delivery at the territory of Bulgaria may be charged additional fees for this service, which are different from the delivery charges and are payable always by the client.

My package seems to be lost. what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you think your parcel may have been lost in transit.

If you think that it has been lost in transit, we invite you to contact our team at [email protected] as soon as possible outlining your order number and explaining why you may think your parcel is lost.

After this, we will immediately check the matter with the courier and aim to locate your parcel as quickly as possible. 

What is your delivery time frame?

Generally, we aim to deliver all parcels within 3 to 5 working days once your order has been validated.

However, during holiday periods, this delivery time can be extended by up to 10 days.

What are the sanitary measures taken for the preparation of your order in COVID-19 circumstances?

The measures taken in our warehouse guarantee secure order processing that has been designed to protect our customers and our logistics team.

We strive to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Nevertheless, given the current situation, delivery times may be extended.
